About the Artist

There is something profoundly moving about standing in a landscape as the first light touches the horizon or the stars begin to illuminate the night sky. It is in these fleeting moments, when nature reveals its quiet beauty, that I find my greatest inspiration.

As an award-winning South Australian landscape and nightscape photographer, my work is driven by a desire to capture more than a place. I strive to create images that evoke emotion, invite reflection, and reveal the character and atmosphere that make each location unique.

Every photograph is approached with patience and purpose, often requiring careful planning, multiple visits, and a willingness to simply wait for the landscape to reveal its finest light.

My photography is recognised for its painterly style, blending rich colour, light and texture to produce timeless fine art pieces that celebrate the extraordinary beauty of South Australia. From the rugged coastlines and ancient ranges to tranquil waterways and expansive night skies, my goal is to create artwork that allows people to experience these remarkable places long after the moment has passed.

Photography has also given me the privilege of sharing my knowledge with others through workshops, helping photographers of all experience levels develop both their technical skills and creative vision. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone discover a new way of seeing the world through their camera.
